From 1 January 2025, the Supreme Court (Chapter I Costs Amendment) Rule 2024 will come into effect. These Rules have will have a profound impact on, and provides a new Scale of Costs, based on time costing.

This seminar will provide a critical update and overview of the new Rules and will discuss the rights and obligations of a solicitor when costing a file and billing the client.
