Owners Corporations can be faced with a difficult challenge when multiple buildings or dwellings have been built on one lot, and occupancy permits are issued at different times.

  • Where more than one occupancy permit has been issued and or required for the development;
  • Where defects are found at a later stage, which building permit is relevant for the limitation date under the Building Act 1993.
